These Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments and treatments provided by Millhouse Clinics Alvechurch. By booking an appointment, attending the clinic, or purchasing treatments or courses, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Appointments may be booked online, by telephone or in person.
A valid payment card must be provided when booking. Your card details are securely stored by our payment provider and are used only in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
By completing your booking and ticking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including our cancellation and no-show policy.
Your safety is our priority.
Before treatment, you must:
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being postponed or refused.
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if we believe it is not clinically appropriate or safe.
Treatment results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Patch testing is compulsory for laser treatments and any other treatment where clinically required.
Failure to attend or complete a required patch test may result in your treatment being cancelled.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £50 cancellation fee.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (“no-show”) will also incur a £50 no-show fee.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for non-attendance unless exceptional circumstances apply at the discretion of the clinic.
When booking an appointment, you agree to securely store a valid debit or credit card.
Where a cancellation fee becomes payable under these Terms & Conditions, you authorise Millhouse Clinics Alvechurch to charge £50 to the card held securely on file.
The clinic does not store your card details directly. Card information is processed and stored securely by our payment provider.

If you are booked using a prepaid treatment course or package and:
The clinic reserves the right to deduct one treatment session from your course instead of charging the £50 cancellation fee.
Only one charge will apply for each missed appointment. We will either deduct one treatment from your course or charge the £50 fee: we will not do both.
Some appointments require a booking deposit.
Deposits are redeemable against your treatment but are non-refundable if the cancellation policy applies.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment.
Where insufficient time remains to safely complete the treatment, the appointment may be cancelled and the cancellation policy may apply.
Payment is due on the day of treatment unless prepaid.
Prices may change without notice.
Existing prepaid packages remain valid at the price originally paid.
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments:
As treatment outcomes differ between individuals, refunds will not be given where expected results have not been achieved.
Gift vouchers:
You agree to follow all aftercare advice provided by your practitioner.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect your results and increase the risk of complications.
The clinic cannot accept responsibility where aftercare advice has not been followed.
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical records and to monitor treatment progress.
Photographs will only be used for marketing purposes with your separate written consent.
For health and safety reasons, children should not accompany clients to appointments unless they are also receiving treatment or prior arrangements have been made.
Children must never be left unattended within the clinic.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, intimidating or inappropriate behaviour.
The clinic reserves the right to refuse future appointments where this occurs.
Clients are responsible for their own belongings.
The clinic accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
Medical records are maintained confidentially and retained in accordance with legal and professional requirements.
Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where this would be unlawful.
Subject to applicable law, the clinic shall not be liable for loss arising from failure to follow medical advice, failure to disclose relevant medical information, or failure to comply with aftercare instructions.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
