1. Membership Fees
o Membership fees are collected monthly by Standing Order on the 1st of the month.
o Your membership begins on the date your first payment is received.
2. Minimum Membership Term
o Memberships do not have a minimum commitment, but you cannot have treatments in advance of the equivalent cost.
o Memberships continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled.
3. Cancellation
o Memberships can be cancelled by giving 30 days’ written notice after the minimum term.
o Cancellation requests should be sent by email to the clinic.
o The clinic reserves the right to cancel a membership in cases of abusive behaviour, repeated non-attendance or non-payment.
4. Missed Payments
o If a payment fails, your membership benefits may be suspended until your account is brought up to date.
o Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of your membership.
5. Membership Benefits
o Discounts and benefits are available only while your membership is active.
o Benefits cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
o Benefits have no monetary value outside of your membership.
o Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) are excluded from membership discounts and cannot be included within membership treatment plans.
6. Treatment Suitability
o All treatments remain subject to clinical consultation and medical suitability.
o Membership does not guarantee eligibility for any treatment.
7. Appointments
o Our normal cancellation policy applies to all appointments.
o Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the treatment or benefit being forfeited.
8. Unused Benefits
o Monthly treatment credits (if applicable) must be used within the stated validity period.
Benefits cannot normally be rolled over unless specifically stated.
9. Changes
The clinic reserves the right to amend membership prices, benefits or these terms and conditions. Members will receive at least 30 days’ notice of any changes.
Existing memberships will continue under the terms agreed at the time of joining until the end of their current 12-month term unless otherwise stated
10. Pausing Membership
Memberships may be paused for medical reasons or exceptional circumstances at the clinic’s discretion.
11. Medical Changes
Members must inform us of any changes to their medical history, medications or health that may affect treatment.
12. Clinic Rights
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where clinically appropriate or where a member behaves in an abusive, threatening or inappropriate manner.
13. Data Protection
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
14. Expiry
Membership treatments should be used within the 12-month membership period.
Any unused treatments expire three months after the end of the membership term unless otherwise agreed in writing. Memberships do not automatically roll over unless a new agreement is entered into.
Membership is designed to reward our regular clients with exclusive savings and priority access. All treatments remain subject to professional consultation and clinical judgement.
A personalised treatment plan will be created following your initial consultation. Treatment recommendations may change throughout the year based on your skin’s needs and your practitioner’s clinical judgement.
Membership Benefits
Members receive:
• 10% discount on eligible treatments included within their personalised plan (excluding POMs).
• 10% discount on additional eligible treatments purchased outside their membership.
• 10% discount on skincare products (excluding POMs).
• One complimentary professional skin analysis and personalised treatment plan each membership year.
• A complimentary welcome gift.
• A £20 birthday voucher.
19. Birthday vouchers:
• Are valid only during the month of your birthday unless otherwise stated.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be used against membership payments or POMs.
Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or package unless stated otherwise.
Essential Skin Membership
The Essential Skin Membership includes nine treatments over a 12-month period.
Treatment allocation will be agreed with your practitioner and may include:
• Microdermabrasion (maximum 3)
• Hydrafacial (maximum 3)
• Obagi Skin Peel (maximum 3)
• Medical Microneedling with Derma 2.0 Exosomes (maximum 3)
Maximum treatment numbers apply over the 12-month membership period.
Unused treatments cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative treatments.
Signature Skin Membership
The Signature Skin Membership includes one advanced treatment per calendar month (12 treatments annually). Treatment selection will be determined by your practitioner according to your personalised treatment plan and may include:

• Obagi Skin Peel
• Medical Microneedling with Derma 2.0 Exosomes
• ClearSkin Laser
• ClearLift Laser
Not every treatment is clinically suitable for every client, and treatment choice remains at the discretion of your practitioner.
